Returns & Exchanges
1. General Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from SAMANTHA BURCHETT LTD. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a returns and exchanges policy as outlined below.
2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
- The item(s) must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- The item(s) must be in their original, unused condition, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.
- Footwear must be returned in their original box, and the box must be in good condition.
- Swimwear and underwear must have the original hygiene seal intact.
- Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange, unless they are defective.
3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
3.1 Online Returns/Exchanges
- Log in to your account on our website.
- Go to the “Order History” section and select the order you wish to return or exchange.
- Follow the instructions to select the item(s) and reason for return/exchange.
- Print the return authorization form and include it in your return package.
- Package the item(s) securely and affix the prepaid return label (if provided) to the outside of the package. If a prepaid label is not provided, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
3.2 In-Store Returns/Exchanges (if applicable)
You can return or exchange items at any of our physical stores, provided you have the original receipt or order confirmation email, and the item(s) meet the return eligibility criteria.
4. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s) and confirm they meet the return eligibility criteria, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund and for the funds to appear in your account.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defect in the item or an error on our part.
5. Exchanges
- If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, we will process the exchange once we receive and inspect the returned item(s).
- Exchanges are subject to availability. If the desired item is out of stock, we will offer you a refund or the option to wait for the item to be restocked.
- We will ship the exchanged item to you at no additional cost, unless the new item has a higher price, in which case you will be required to pay the difference.
6. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect (e.g., wrong size, color, or style), please contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery at support@samanthaburchett.shop. Provide your order number, photos of the defect/damage, and a description of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement, refund, or return at our expense.
7. International Returns
- International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including any customs duties or taxes incurred.
- We recommend using a tracked shipping service for international returns, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit.
- Refunds for international returns will be processed as described in section 4, but may take longer due to international shipping and processing times.
